Privacy

Privacy policy.

How Multiunit collects, uses, and protects the personal information you share with us through this website.

Draft for review. This policy is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be finalized before the site launches.

Who we are

This website is operated by Multiunit. Questions about this policy or your personal information can be sent through our contact page.

What we collect

  • Inquiry form: your name, email address, and message, plus your company and area of interest if you choose to provide them.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Display preference: if you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is stored in your own browser. It is not sent to us.

Why we collect it

We use inquiry details only to respond to you and to arrange and prepare for a discovery call. We do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we measure visits, we use a cookieless analytics service that counts page views and completed inquiries without identifying you, and we never send the contents of the form to it.

Who receives it

Your inquiry is stored securely in our website system and sent by email to the Multiunit team. Our hosting and email service providers process it on our behalf. If your inquiry concerns services delivered with our partner, Real Demand Global Marketers Incorporated, we will ask you before sharing your details with them. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless an ongoing business relationship requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal requirements. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this policy
